Q: Do you offer grass cutting and lawn care? A: Minden Hills Property Maintenance does not offer these services at this time. We instead recommend Red Rock Maintenance. Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We currently accept cash, cheques, Interac e-Transfers (please be sure to let us know what password you choose) and PayPal payments (as well as MasterCard, American Express and Visa payments through PayPal). Q: Do I need a permit to do work on a shoreline? A: Yes. Different locations need to apply to different municipalities or offices. Work is only allowed at certain times of the year. We work with our clients with this process. Q: I like the look of a flagstone patio. What are my options? A: You can use different types of stone or an imitation flagstone in different colours. This product allows your patio furniture to lay flat. Q: Does salt ruin man-made flagstone? A: No. The decor stone stands up to salt and sand very well. Q: How can I resolve a wash-out problem on my property? A: One of our staff can come out and check grade, drainage and evaluate the problem. Some suggestions might be to change the grade, leaching pits or Big O pipe. Q: What services do you provide? A: We are a full service property maintenance company (snow removal and sanding) as well as landscape construction from walkways and patios to retaining walls, complete new home landscaping, grading, driveways and wet basements. Q: Do you offer seasonal rates? A: Yes. We can provide you with a quote for per time, or seasonal rates. |
